Blue Line K-9, Inc. has been in business since 2007. Our founder and owner, Michael J. Soler started this company with the goal to make dog training fun and easy while keeping it the most effective. Today, we still operate by that goal and our trainers absolutely love what we do!

For group entry you will need to bring: A 6ft Leash, 15ft cotton leash, a flat buckle collar, training treats that are of value to your dog. Should you need one of these we do offer them for sale at our Training Center location. **Absolutely NO Retractable Leashes are allowed in class** **Harnesses will only be accepted with medical necessity

For Hide and Seek you pup will need a harness that fits, a six foot leash and stinky food/treat of high value to your dog. (We recommend using a “Chub” style food like K9 Kravings for this program)  

Unfortunately making up lessons for group classes is not possible at this time. Starting in 2019, there will be no offered make up classes for clients missing a group session. You may opt to pay a one time $50.00 fee to schedule a 30 minute private lesson with a trainer prior to your next class if you wish. (If you have extreme circumstances please give us a call immediately so that we can assist you individually.) 

Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are subject to reschedule according to the trainer’s availability. Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no shows are considered forfeited. You may opt to pay a one time $50.00 fee to retain your missed private lesson with a trainer at the trainers availability.

Individual private sessions are approximately 1 hour long. All training times are gauged by how your dog is responding. If your dog is worn out the lesson needs to end, otherwise he/she will not retain what is being taught. 

Our Ultimate program is customized to the client and their canine. Depending on the clients needs we use treats or a choice of training collars, including but not limited to E-Collar Technologies educator systems. 

When you start our Ultimate program, you should bring a 6ft leash, your dogs adjustable flat collar and your dogs reward of choice (Toys or Treats).

Based on need of the client, the Ultimate sessions can be located in home, at our Training Center, at parks or rec. centers and also big box store locations. 

Dogs must be up to date on the following vaccines: Bordetella, Distemper, Canine Influenza, Rabies, Heartworm and a current fecal test. 

On the day and time of your scheduled drop off please bring an up to date copy of your pet’s vet records. The kennel will scan them and enter them into the system. 

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to board and train any canine who is not able to retain proof of vaccines. If you cannot provide vet records at drop off you will be refunded your program fee, minus a fee of 350.00 for non-use of services. 

We ask that you bring your pet’s food with you. This keeps your pup happy and more comfortable. When packing your dog’s food; please make sure all meals are individually packed for all days your dog is staying plus two additional days. 

We ask that you do not bring any of these things unless there is a medical need that has been previously discussed with staff.

Unless a staff member specifically requests you to bring your collar, we ask that you leave your e-collar & remote at home.

Any medications needing to be administered during your pets stay, should be discussed during your booking conversation and again at drop off; with kennel staff. There is an additional fee for the doses of medication administered.

If you are scheduling your dog to be bathed (additional cost) on the last day you will need to schedule pick-up and your initial lesson AFTER 3pm.

Puppy Boot Camp Drop-Off is 9:30am to 10:00am. Puppy Boot Camp Pick-Up is 6pm to 6:30pm. **There is a 15.00 Fee for every 30 minutes of late pick up after 6:30 pm

Unfortunately if you miss a day of Puppy Boot Camp, the day is forfeited. Training days are scheduled in advance and we cannot guarantee availability for make up days for this program.
